Counselor Richards asked if brother and
Sister Wooley had delivered to the bishop all
the property belonging to Estate of brother Cooper
Mrs. Wooley answered in the affermative excepting
one collander which had been lent, one bed tick
she had been washing and one metall tea pot
which she said she would give up ..
Bishop Murdock gave his reason for making his
complaint against the defendants
Called up William Payne, who testified to a silk
dress and a pair of cotton cording breeches and
leggins not found among the things delivered up..

purloined goods, vote carried..
Bishop Murdock sumoned the whole council,,
chose Jas. Alred & P. Richards as counselors, and
called upon the witnesses to go and see for
themselves if any things were found they
could identify..After search,some things being
found, we returned to brother Richards house and
entered into an examineation if witnesses..
