^We Met at the house of bro. Silas Richards,
of the high council of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. At Council Bluffs Potawatamie Nation.
Jas. Alred ,H. Hyde,  P. Richards,  Levi Savage
Jno. Murdock,  Geo. Coulson,  H. W. Miller
W^m Snow, Ira Oviatt,  B. N. Greene
Noah S Bulkley, Jacob Bigler were
called upon to fill vacancies                                                Council opened.. Prayer by P. Richards
Sunday  bills were brought forward
against the Estate of Bro geo. Cooper
deceased who had left a child & property
     The council was called for the purpose
of adjusting the affairs of said Estate
Counselor Murdock said there were other
things, to be required into before these
bills were accepted, and as he was a
bishop he should act as plaintive in
behalf of the child, heir to the Estate.
against certain persons who had
laid in bills.. He therefore was rejected
from the council & Wm  Stuart was
chosen to fill his place in the council
    Counselor Richards moved that the child
be laid on the table until inquiry be made
                                     carried
Bishop Murdock presented a bill against
Henry & Mary Wooley for wickedly and
willfully detaining property not belonging
to themselves, also for an Exetortinary bill
against Geo. Cooper,, also for unchristian
like conduct and talk..                    NB bill at
