Knew brother & Sister Cooper, and they were verry
fashionable people, and they dressed much richer
than any clothing that was found among their
things at this time..
Sister Rebeeca Ames testified that when she took-
care of brother & sister Cooper the chests bore and
bask were all full as they could be pressed, ( there being
two chests, one bore and one large basket,) and now
all could be put into one chest..
Brother William Payne, testifies to, and identifies a
tuscan bonnet, one silk dress, one pair breeches & gaters casinese.
three dollars and fifty cents in cash paid brother Copper by
brother Payne and sixty two and half cents paid him by
sister Casto just before his death..
Sister Elizabeth Richards testified that sister Cooper
had much lined clothing & when at her house, she
could not find among the things now---..
Brother Ira Ames states for his wife( as she was sick)
that she had seen a dove colored dress shown her by sister
Cooper not found now,, also that he had seen while
waiting upon brother & sister Cooper a basket of bottles
not found, also that they informed him, they has a plenty
of clothing,, identified a ganty if fine crockey a good
supply none found,, also a role of white flannel, he should
think near twenty zards..
Sister Francis Richards identified one dress skirt one pair
ruffled pillar slips, several pairs nice men's drawers not found,,
Sister Casto two, nice large diaper table cloths,, also
she heard Sister Wooley tell her husband she had found
a nice large Carving knife & fork..
Brother Cilas Richards, identified a Calico dress which sister
Cooper wore while at his house,, also a black cloth vest
which brother Cooper wore, also------& Jun lock Jone,,
