     G. A. Smith moved that the vote of the
conference on tythings be carried out also that S. Richards
being first  Counselor to D. A. Miller act in his
place concerning the tything.
     Council voted that all each Bishop acting as
a Justice of the peace appoint them, each
a marshal in the Branch where he
resides,, voted by the council that
Isaac Clark   William Draper and
Libeus  T. Coons act as Justices of the
Justices of the peace in Iowa also
peace in all civil suits, and that
their fees correspond with the fees of
Justices of the peace in Iowa also
that their Marshals fees correspond
