  On motion^{Bishop Issac Clark} all acting Bishops were
authorised  by a vote of the council, to act
as Bishop in all civil case, without
counselors,, After some consultation the
Council voted that the road be opened
on the other side of the creek. Voted that
Geo. Coulson go and super intend the
getting of Boards from Winter Quarter
for the Tabernacle..
