Mr Stoddard received it, but that he was old
enough to be his own judge of those matters.
 Mr  Greemore said he was satisfied and
paid up the money.. Pres. O. Hyde said he
must express his feelings,  and they were
that Mr. Greemore was not the man that
passed the deception for circumstances showed
to him the contrary..

Pres. Geo. A. Smith said there was many cases before
Bishop Daniel A Miller, in civil Suit,, and
as he was going to leave for the west and had
delivered some papers to Bishop Isaac Clark
and he wanted to know if the council would
sanction the proceedings.. Bishop I. Clark
said  there was a case of Debt in which
some orphans were concerned, and he made
and appointment for Monday.. He felt
himself bound to have the voice of the
council before he acted in D. A. Millers place
as Justice.. Pres. W^m Snow made inqiry if
