Bishop Daniel A Miller, in civil Suit,, and
as he was going to leave for the west and had
delivered some papers to Bishop Isaac Clark
and he wanted to know if the council would
sanction the proceedings.. Bishop I. Clark
said there was a case of Debt in which
some orphans were concerned, and he made
and appointment for Monday.. He felt
himself bound to have the voice of the
