    Councillors H. W. Miller, Aaron Johnson
Geo. W. Harris, J. M. Benson, and
Prest O. Hyde, all spake to to the point
and they proposed that [==========]
give up his priest hood unto the Council
that he put a way the woman seperate
her from his family, and have
nothing more to do with her, more
than to support her and her child,
and take them to the Valley. she not
as a wife but as a sister, and if he
here after fools to make a f--will offering
pursue such a course of conduct
towards this Church and Council as
shall meet then approval lu's priest-
hood may be returned to him..
     Councillor Geo. coulson wished to
know if it was the privilege of the
branches to take decisive stands with
regard to disorderly members..
     PresO. Hyde said it was right
that Branches should take decisive
moves, and that every man and
woman that would not walk orderly
and would be riotous, and rebelious,
and keep then house, or houses open
for these dances contrary to Council &c
then fellowship ought to be withdrawn
from such.. On motion the Council
voted that the fellowship of this High Council
is withdrawn from all such person, as
still presist that course..
     Prest O Hyde moved the William Morgan
Prest of the Welch Branch, James Snow Prest of the  
Centerville Branch and a Bro. William D.Lewis be
cited to appear before the Council at its
