    Councillor Geo. Harris moved it
was a well written peice, and
approved by the High Council,, carried;
in the affirmative..
some remarks by Councillor G. P. Dykes
and Geo. Coulson.
     Councillor George Harris then
opened the business with [=========]
showing him why he was cited before
the council, related a conversation he had
with [============] his shop &c

made a statement of the facts, as he
said, in the case, of the covenants
between him and [================]
and also how he had agreed with
[============]  Councillor Geo. Coulson
made some very appropriate remarks
showing that a man must learn
to govern his own body and lusts
before he can govern and build up
a kingdom, or kingdoms unto God..
      He was followed by Councillors J. M. Benson
Geo. W. Harris, Wm Snow, Aaron Johnson,
J. G. Bigler and PresO Hyde..
     [==============] spake confessing, that
had done wrong and had sin'ed in that
and some other things, said he was
sorry and hoped the Brethren would
forgive him.. Councillor Geo. W. Harris
said he was willing to forgive him but
he wanted the stain wiped from the church
