     Pres^t O. Hyde said it was his mind,also
Councillors Aaron Johnson and James Allred
Pres^t O Hyde said above all things on this
 Council we should advance just, correct,
and equitabl sentiments,, his remarks
were very pertinent and appropriate
     Pres^t. O. Hyde that they either marry
before the next sitting of the  council
approved the dicission by vote and they
were dismissed from the Council..

remedy &c. After a short consultation if the
council on these matters the council ordered
the clerk, by vote to write a notice for

sent to serve it..

the clerk read the former minutes
