neset sitting,, motion carried in the affirmative
   Remarks from several of the Councillors
relative to the course of conduct of boys in
the streets of Kanesville.. On motion
the council voted Geo. W. Harris a com-
mittee to visit the housed of Bro's Lamb
and Amey, to labor with those families
relative to the conduct of their boys in
the streets,, some remarks relative to persons
injuring loose animals..
   On motion the Council adjourned
2 weeks 10 oclock A. M.

   Met pursuant to adjournment, of the High
Council James Allred , Geo. W. Harris, Noah S.
Bulkley, Aaron Johnson, Geo. Coulson,
James M. Lellin, H. N. Miller, J. G. Bigler,
J. M. Benson, Willliam Snow, and Lyman
Stoddard. The clerk called the names
and Prest, James Allred made some
 remarks, said he should call for the
Council to be by themselves..
    Prayer by Councilor Aaron Johnson..
    Jacob Morris made some inquiries
releative to claims and establishment &c,
    A dispute had arrissen between him
and the Perkins family relative to claims..
    Remarks from several of the Councillors, and
advised Bro. Morris to try to settle their diffie-
ulty among themselves, or by arbitiation..
and dismissed it from the Council.. the house
was then cleared of all that did not belong
to the Council, and the clerk read the former
minutes and they were accepted..
