Murdock and W^m Snow, it was moved and seconded
that Ira Oviatt be appointed a counsellor in place of
I. H. Hale  deceast, carried unanimously.

to stand as counselor in the place

Ira Oviatt was then ordained under the
hands of Wm Snow & Jno. Murdock..
