At a special meeting of the Council. It was
moved and carried that the council of bishops
be instructed to take with them some faithful
bishops to assist and get a schedule of such things
as wanted  by the soldiers families also to receive
such movies & schedules as may be sent by
individuals not incorporated with the soldiers

Counselor Rogers opened by prayer.
     William Snow was appointed to fill the
vacancy occasioned by the removal of Daniel
Spencer.. Evan M. Greene was then appointed
clerk as he had only been clerk protem here to fore

Chandler Rogers & Wm Snow there not being a
quorum present the council adjourned till Saturday next
