Counselor Alred spoke with regard to boys
taking fish, hooks &c not belonging to
themselves,, named a circumstance of brother Summer catching a boy at some hooks not
belonging to himself.. The council sent
Counselor Alred to request brother Summer into
the council.. Counselor Alred was appointed to
go and labor with the boy and his mother
reported by brother Summer..
Motioned and carried that the Camp be
notified that all boys found guilty of such
misdemeanor be reported to their parents or
be required to bring such boy before this
council and there correct him.
Council adjourned untill Sat. 29 inst

Seven of the twelve being present this morning
the Congregation was addressed by Prest. B. Young
on the subject of the use and disposition of the
soldiers money was followed by H. C. Kimball
and the others in their turn on the same
subject,, after their reasoning upon the subject
the Congregation was notified that they had
the money with them and was prepared to
pay over to all who should require it,, it was
then ascertained by the call made for money that
almost every individual was willing the most
if not all of the money should go in the general
