for that bro. Meacham said this Council is prejudced against
him, and from the dicision of this Council he wants an
appeal to to the Valley..
Bro. Meacham replied he did not wish to say say any thing
against the Council, but he thought his case was not represented by the opposited testimony in its proper light..
On motion of the High Council the committee on the case of Beebee
& Bro Bostock present their report
