At  meeting of the high Councel
held at Music Hall all the Councel
were present. After the Councel was called to
order by the President . Prayer was offered by Councel
G. W. Harris ------------------------------------------------
  The minutes of the former Councel were read
by the clerk.
 It was motioned by President Hyde that Br Bostock
pay Br Beebee within ninety days the amount
agreeable to the dicision of the Committee on his
Trial ---------------------------------------------------------
Motioned & Carried that the Councel go into
business. -------------------------------------------------------
Motioned that the place of Father Buckley
be filled by Father Harlow Redfield ------------------------
The Trial of Father Bulkley & Joseph Warthan being called
Father Buckley rose & made the following statement
that he & Father Myer were Bishops some time since
& when Br Dunne went away he gave the house to the
value of $15.00 or a trifle to the Church This was
generaly admitted Councellor Johnson said that the
House was given to the Church and that Geo. A.
Smith traded it to Br Warthan as Br Warthan told, him
Councellor Henry Millor said sexpect that Bishop Night
had something to do with it [====] Brother was also
a Bishop and the value of the house was put
in Book $15.00 Yolkum said he was going to trade
off his house I told him he had no business
to trade the house that belonged to the
Church he said that W G A was willing to
Brother Joseph Kellor also claimed the house
I told him no such, thing He said he claimed
