leave of abscence a little while..

The clerk commenced reading the minutes
of the 25 of August.. Bro. O. Hyde came in
and spent a few moments in conversation
with the council, having just returned from
St Louis, and then retired, and the clerk
proceeded to read the minutes, and they
were accepted.. The clerk then proceeded
to read the minutes of the 29th of Sept. of the
6th of Oct. and of the 8th of Oct. with then atten-
dant Letters, and they were all accepted
Councillor Ira Oviatt made his excuse
for tardiness and it was accepted..
