Room.. Bro. K. Bullock was then called upon to give a
statement of their seperation,, which was briefly
that he went away to Missouri to work and she
went down there soon afterwards,, On being asked
he confessed they had talked of going down there before
 he left and he told her if she did she would have to
take care of herself,, that he left her with his father
and mother to take care of her.. He supposed she was
confined while she was down there.. He said not provide
for her while  down there,, after he came home she came
back there wanted her things,, he let her have the things
gave her some money and sent a man and team to
take her and her things to Winter Quarters
     Sister Jane Bullock stated they were married in the
Temple at Nauvoo about 10 days previous to then starting
for the west,, that the people began to  complain of her
in about 3 weeks after they were married,, that they
wanted her to take the care of all the work, she lived
with him about five months she talked with him
about going to Missouri,, he replied she could  do as
she pleased, he should not be affraid to go there
and he that she would do well enough,, that
her husband was at home while she packed her
things to go, and he went to see the man in order to
get him to carry her down to Missouri but his folks
opposed hid making a bargain with the man so she
did not go the see him again but she went to see
him and agreed with him herself,, he carried her
down  free,, took care of her during her sickness making
no charge,& he and his wife were like a father and
mother to her.. She was there seven months and did not
receive a word of inteligence from her husband,, at
last she recived a line from his mother stating they
had recived a letter from her husband that he was
not expected to come home for sometime,also that her sister was at Winter Quartes sick that her sister and
brother had gone from Nauvoo and they knew not where
