Accordingly she went the first opportunity to Winter  Quarters
and shortly afterwards went down to them Camp and
stoping at one of their neighbors learning that Kimball
was at home,, she then sent for him to go down and
see her,, he came down but she could not get any
with him,, at last he asked her to go home with
him,, she did but got no satisfaction there.. He did
not sleep with her while there, she was there two nights
he sent a team to take her things to Winter Quarters,,
he gave her two dollars and a half in money..
   Pres. B. Young made some very pointed remarks
on the case so,also pres. Allred..
    Bro Isacc Bullock testified that he came in company
with Kimball Bullock to Pisgah who Kimball Bullock
stoped, left his wife and things while he went back to
trade in the settlements, and said Isacc Bullock came
into the Bluffs with his father& family, he then returned
to meet Kimball and help him up, said he and
she began to quize  Kimball about his wife's leaving
him, ask him if he loved her, he replied by asking her
if one could retain the principle of love for another who
returned nothing but indifference,,said the same was
repeated at Sister Pratts.. He was with them all the
way from Nauvoo, and till they got into a house,
he was then taken sick and for five weeks was
confined to the house, was there at the time that
Jane and Kimball went away.. Kimball went
one morning and Jane went the next day in the
afternoon..
     Sister Prat  testified that Bro. Kimball Bullock's mother
told her and Sister Greene & Sister Elsworth that Kimball
was dissatisfied and would not live with Jane again
that she complained so much he considered her lazy
indolent and not a good economist,, said she told
her she was mistaken in that and had she of kept
her untill she was well, she would have found her a
