on motion it was resolved that we will not hold in
in fellowship either male or femamal who will veolate
the marriage Convenant and cause or consent to a sep-
eration contrary to the law of the land good usages
of society, Carried by the Council unanmously
J. C. Snow said he was over to the Springville Branch
and had settled the difficulty wluch which
existed there and that they all agreed to try to
do better that he had disorganised the Branch
and left it unorganised for reasons he could give
remarks by President Hyde concerning saints claims
showing the impropriety of one man making and
holding claims to the detriment of others
On motion the Council adjourned until
this day two weeks at ten oclock to meet in Kanesville
