by Harmon Cutler_ D. R. Williams came - On motion
of Prest Harris it was voted that J. C. Little take
the place of H. W. Miller No 11 during his absence
to the last-- D. R. Williams sent for Jesse C. Little
he came in is accepted the appointment---

The case of Bro. R. Caldwell vs- Councillor J. Bigler was
continued untill Councillor Bigler is able to attend to it
Robert Caldwell came in with Aaron C. Willson
as withess and as he had sent for him to come
and had to pay him -the Council voted to take the
testimony- A. C. Willson then gave his testimony and
the Council adjourned for five minutes-- the case of Council called
the case of William Gorner vs- Jesse Sander called
up - a case of debt refered to the Bishop- The
Bishop & parties went below-
The case of Bro. Luke Johnson & Geo. P. Stiles were
called forward- the Council wanted an explaination
from them concerning the cattle that Bro Johns had
stolen and that he went and found with some
men and bro't back here with him &c.
Bro. L. Johnson gave a statement of his
loosing he cattle &c. Bro. L. Johnson made his
statement with regard to the cattle &c. and as no
other persons were present of those that were parties
concerned the matter was dismissed untill this
day 2 weeks__
Councillor Snow spake relative to tything- the
remarks of Bro. Hyde last spring &c__that those
who will not pay their tything & shall be delt with
a letter was bro't in from Mt. Pisgah Branch and read on the cause
of A. S. Workman and [==] was Beptiher the Council said let the case alone
