A letter from J E Barrow Indian Agent in regard to raising men to chaistin the Indians was lead
before the Council Moved  after enter charge of sentiment
by the members movd by Br Bigler that the cown  matter
does not belong to the Council & by vote was dismissed Report of names [======] [====]

The minutes of the H. Council of Sept 27- 1851 was read and
accepted= and as the business pertaining to the case of Stiles
and Johnson concerning the stolen cattle & laid over till next
Saturday and mutes accepted.. The minutes of Oct- 11 1817
read=and accepted=
  The case of Robert Caldwell vs. Jacob Bigler called up,
While the parties were getting their witnesses the Clerk read
the copy of a letter from sent to Mt Pisgah Branch, and
the council approved the letter and sanctioned its being sent
    The Council not being full Counsellor Geo. Coulson being [absent]
and Counsellor Jac. Bigler being a party in the trial= The Bishop
was instructed to go and call in two High Priests,,--
The Council was filled John Ormond in the place of J. Bigler
and Samuel Ferrin in the  place of Geo. Coulson---
   The report of the Bishops court was read-

     Partner ship in their hauling business= They had hauled some loge to the
sum pit for him & Packard= did not know anything concerning
partnership in business between them
