without Ceremony.Great prospect of rain Pres Hyde said
that certain things has come to his ears, and there was a man
who has been killing hogs and skining them, and had been caught
at it and the proof was on hand,, an other man had killed
a cow and he must be admonished to make recompence for the cow, , also the case of Geo W. Brattan relative to the course
he has taken in regard to a waggon loaned him lg bro
Desuiness.. also the case of the Stray oxen said Bratton had
last fall,,Bro Hyde made some remarks relative to the
priesthood and the glories attached there to.
In concequence of rain the conferance closed.

Bro Jacob Bigler Sir Bro Richard Man has this day
Prefered a charge against you before the High Council at
this place( vig) for deception on fraud in the age, and
ability fo a certain horse to perform certain servises,,
which horse you traded to the said Richard Man
agree one there fore notifyed to appear before the high council
at this place and answer to the above charge on saturday
July 10th 1847 at 1 oclock P. M.
