Bro hyde spoke relative to members not having attached 
their names to any branch, stating that none need think
to escape  being dealt with, for according to their Covenants at the
times of baptizm to be obedeant  to the authorities of the Church..
they are subject to the nearest branch where they live..

Prayer by E. M. Greene.. br^o Hancock sung the true born songs
of Zion.. Prest G. Hyde remarked that he wished perfect order
through the Congregation,, said no people enjoy life better then
those who are poor but industrious,, much happens than 
those who role in luxure,, as same were ^not here yesterday
he gave a summary of the proceedings of the 3^rd inst:
let us remember the principles of righteousness taught us by
our parents,, according to information and disclosures some
have comied on a work of he baser sort and then fled to this
place for safety. if so we shall find them out, and they had better go  into a honnsets nest,, many and sunday remarks
relative to such a course of conduct, those who will not
make such disclosures when knowing them, their faith shall
leave them as a pool of water will evaperate in the hot
summer sun, and as the earth neat where the water stood
bakes up and cracks open and is still raw, so shall their
condition be.. he said these was a principle connected
with the sealing power and adoption which he would 
give to the authorities, that they might Communicate
in their sphere. After some remarks relative to the
situation if the brethren on the other side of the river
proposed to send them some provizions to sustain the guords
