accomplished by the 1st day of march and no dancing after
that time,, Carried in the affirmative unanimously                             Bro. Jas Dunn came froward, and Counsellor Coulson gave
a synopsis  of the nature of the case of brother Dunn followed by J. G.
Bigler.. Bro. Dunn made son remark, said he had not said his
son was humbuging the people in Mormonism, but had  said if
his son Crandle Dunn could not come borne to him with out humbuging
the people out of their gold & silver and goods as reported of some of the
Elders. 2 did not want to see him, and I say so to day, but
deid nothing in relation to Mormonism..
     Elder G.D. Brown arose and by permission stated that
the things which Brother Dunn had spoken were untrue and
refered to his testimony..
    Counsellor Coulson spoke in relation to the case and  thot it
unnecessary to persue the case, as Counsellor L Stoddard had reported
a reconciliation with the branch and he thot that sufficent
and moved that the case be droped and brother Dunn be left
in the hands of the branch to deal with, and that he be
forgiven and released by the the Council,, Carried in the affirmitive                                                                                 Bro. Dunn made his acknowledgement to the Council
     Jacob Lanby came forward and wanted an appeal to the
Council from the decission of the bishop in a case of between him
and brother Z. Coltrin, had before bishop  J.G. Bigler..
Prest O. Hyde said he did not see any necessity of investigating
the case again,, after some remarks on both sides the bishop's
decision was sustained by the Council..
     Prest Hyde spoke relative to the publication of the "Frontier
Guardian"
            On motion the Council adjourned two weeks,

High Council met persuant  to adjournment..
Prest O. Hyde related his dream of being in deep water
catching fish and killing them &c.
     Prest Allred being absent Counsellor Geo. Coulson was called to the
chair,, present Geo. Coulson  W. W. Lane, J. Browning, J. G. Bigler, Ira
Oviatt, Geo. W, Harris, C. C. Pendleton & J. M. Benson
     Prayer by Ira Oviatt: former minutes was read and accepted.
     No business up. Bro. Wm Nartindale was appointed a committee
to wait upon Counsellor H. W. Miller and ask him into the Council.
   Counsellor Coulson spake relative to Counsellor Stoddard and
recommended releaseing him from his duties as a itinerant, on
account of hid health,, after some consultation,  a committee was
appointed to confer with bro. Stoddad and if agreeable to his feelings,
he may be released from the cares of his calling,, the Council are well
satisfied with and approbate his course,,E M Greene appointed said committee
