Pres. Geo. A. Smith that there be a man selected
in each Branch to receive and disburse
tythings (when there is no acting Bishop,)
and that they be instructed to keep a true
account of all their doings as bishops reporting
to Bishop Joseph Knight from time to time..
Also moved that Bishop Joseph Knight Wm Draper
and Counselors Lyman Stoddard & J. M. Benson are
authorised by this High Council to ooo inate
with the concurance of the Branches, the
men to act as Bishop, and recommence them
to the council,, carried
The council voted that the Marshal see that
Jacob Hatch fulfill his contract, and
the deseission of the council,, with
Henrietta Hatch, his late wife in providing
her with a comfortable cabin, a certain
quanatiy of provisions

was appointed Perkins was appointed marshal to
notify Counselor Hiram Clark to come to the
Council,, Prayer by J. M. Benson Pres. Geo. A. Smith
came in.. Bro. David Cluff [---] presented a
case appealed from a trial had before the
Branch at Mt. Pisgah.. The minutes of the trial was read and Bro. Cluff made his
statement,, H. W. Miller, came in, Geo. W. Harris
moved that the paper be returned to the
President at Mt. Pisgah and order a new
