Some consultation realative to houses for counselor
Geo. W. Harris and Bishop Jos. Knights,, Pres O Hyde
said if any one would build for them it should
answer for tything.. The council voted to release
Bishop Wm Draper from his present engagements
as counselor Stoddard would fill his appointments
on conctition that he would build Bishop Jos.

Clawson act in his stead filling his No,, untill he
returns.. By request of Bro. Evan M. Greene,, Bro Geo.
W. Harris was appointed to fill his place as counselor.
Bishop Knights stated before the council that William
A. Letty had slandered him and threatened to
whip him & take his life.. Voted that the case be brought
before Bishop Clark for investigation.
Pres. Geo A. Smith moved that W. W. Player be acknowledged
on acting Bishop and his former acts recognised by
this counsel,, carried
On motion of H. W. Miller the council voted to
amend the vote of the 27 of May,, ( page 100) to
read,( instead of Bishop Issac Clark,) all acting Bishops,
(instead of was) were--carried
