Widow Drake lays a charge, before the
council, against Moses Daily for retaining
in his hands, 1 yoke of oxen, 1 wagon, 1 carriage
1 set of harness, 1 cooking stove, 2 cows,
3 beds & bedding, 1 clock, & 1 table,,                               the property of said Mrs. Drake & said
Moses Daily refused to give up said property
to her,, she further complains of M treatment
from said M. Daily & family..
     voted that John Murdock William Snow
Phinehas Richards & henry Miller form
a committee to labor with said Daily &
secure the property if possible
