Spake of the case of David Murie, that intercourse with Sister Muir
said the Branch in connection with him cut Davis Murie from
the church and recommended him to the Valley..
   Councillor Harris tho't bro. Snow should not send any business on
to the Valley as they did not want such business suit up there &c.
    Councillor Coulson & Miller tho't Bro. Snow had done right,
and it was proper and just to refer them to the Valley that perhaps we
might induce then forward to the place where he can be saved..
   PresJames Allred agreed with Councillors Coulson & Miller..
Remarks from Councillor Snow again,, followed by PresJas. Allred,
the point still agreed by Councillor John Killiam, H. W. Miller
Coulson & Harris..
    On motion the Council approved of Bro. Snow's acts..

The motion was with drawn and point at issue refered to the
decission of Prest. Hyde,, the point at issue was whether he had
the authority to bind persons to go to the Valley, &c.
   Instructions relative to organizing branches, the business of organizing
belonging to Councillor snow&c.
   Bishop A. Palmer wanted some instructions relative to his
business as bishop business in cases and matters of trial &c.
    On motion the Council adjourned 2 weeks 10 o'clock
