    Prayer by Levi Savage,, A bill was brought
before the council  by H. Hyde in behalf of Samuel
Barnet against Chas. Merrill,, for not paying his debts
and other unchristian like conduct..

Pres. Jas. Alred gave some instruction concerning prayer &
helping the poor,, Wm. Snow came in while Pres. Alred was
talking,, the President make some remarks concerning
the course taken by Jas. Dun relative to some strayes..
Counselor Geo. Coulson made some remarks relative to
the case of Elder Dunn..
Daniel A. Miller came in and handed in a
bill from Ed. Johnson against Thomas Tsuyman,,
brother D. A. Miller was instructed to choose him
a counsel and acting as bishop attend to the above
case and all such as shall some under his notice..
The was ordered to give notice to the other bishop
on this side of the River to organize their courts to
do business,, bishop Murdock was instructed to
take the orphan Child of bro Cooper, and giving
an invoice of the property to this Council,, use them
as his own so long as he remained in full fellowship
in the Church and he does not suffer the Child
