keep him and he would send them provisions
as he could raise them on this side of the river,.
    Elder Jas. Dunn came in and entered
a bill if charge for keeping strays,, which
he had given up to the committee or strays ,,
He claimed one dollar per head for fifteen
head which he had fed near two months..
  Wm. Snow John Murdock and Geo. Coulson
were appointed committee to investigate the

Counselor H.Hyde reported the case of brothers
Barnet and Merrill settled by the parties,,
Wm G. Perkins came in 12 oclock,,
Bishop Murdock reported the amounts of
property he received with brother Coopers orphan
child to be; after thirty dollars, debts against the
Estate $ 224.25 two hundred and twenty four
dollars and twenty five cents..
Bishop Perkins reported his esecuse, also
Andrew H. Perkins for none attendance and
was ascepted ,,also reported that he would be in--
readeness to do business in the office of bishop..
  Bishop Murdock also reported that his court was
organized & he had chosen Ira. Ames & Benj. F. Bisce
as counselors
