The subject of gathering Strazes was called up.. price
decided for hinting Cattle horsed mules & one dollar,,for
hunting sheep twenty five cent ..
voted that Noah L Bulkley be a member to this council
to fill the place of Phinehas Richards
Wm. G. perkins was instructed to take charge if the Estate
of Samuel E. Carpenter. Also the children,,according  to
the laws of the Church of Christ of L.D. Saint..
  H. W. Miller was instructed to act as plaicntive against
John T. Barnet for gathering sheep not belonging to him
and altering marks
