Persuant to adjournment the High Council met,
The names calle Jacob Bigler D. R. Williams and
H.W. Miller were absent--It being J. Bigers time
to open and he and D R Williams, who was next both
being absent-- C C Pendleton opened by prayer
   The clerk commenced the minutes, and while
reading Dr Bishop George Miller came in and
wanted to speak with the, the clerk excused,,
Jacob Bigler came and was excused---
the clerk returned, finished the minutes, ,accepted
-- The clerk reported having sent a notice to Bro. Sloan
just then Bro. Sloan came in--
   The reports from the following Branches from Springville Block House
    North Pigeon, Pleasant Valley_ Honey Creek_ Highland Branch
& Huntsville Branch, were presented & accepted--

  H. W. Miller came in and was excused
Councillor, Coulson moved to restore Bro. T. D. Grahams
License be restored--vote motion   carried-- Councillor H. Cutler
objecting on the ground that he considered Bro. Graham
after some remarks it was droped leaving 11 for and H Cutler
against-- The clerk reported to the Council his writing a
letter noteifying A. S. Workman and Mr & Mrs Marta
to appear befor the Council on the 21 of Sept next
the Council voted the notice correct..
   The clerk read a piece that he had written on
the subject of mens taking hush money from men
that have stolen cattle and letting them go..
   It was moved that the piece be published, some
remarks, motion emended that the piece be
published and the parties be cited to appear befor
the next Council to answer   have an investigation
on the subject-- carried by the Council, and house
   Bro. Snow reported his doings in the case of Dr. J. Workman
   his report was accepted.. Bishop Palmer presented
his report regarding the case of Robert Caldwell who was to have
