The Committee organized by apointing Bishop

    A letter was red by the clerk, The question
was asked by brother Bishop Palmer if the charges
in the letter were true, She remarked that
apart of them were true, and went on to
explain, she acknowledged herself to be guitly of the
charge in all material Points.
