    Bro. E. Harley remarked that he wanted his case
heard,, after some remarks on motion the former
vote on this case was recineded , and on motion               a hearing was granted, and the parties being
ready Councillor Baum was removed & Bishop Palmer put in his place proceeded to business,,- Prest- Harris raised a
question whether Prest J. C. Snow retain his seat- Considerable reasoning from the Councillors, all opposed to removing
Councillor Snow, but prest Harris & J Browning-- Prest Harris
proposed calling a vote, of the house to know their feelings
in regard to the propriety of moving Councillors on such
reasion,, Opposed by Councillor Geo. Coulson--
On motion J. Browning it was voted that Councillor Snow
retain his seat-- One to speak on a side--

     Bro. Baum made his statement relative to
the flood taking his rails and throwing the fields
open &c his return from Nauvoo-- his wheat ready to
cut &c. the cattle and hogs, of Jones & Harley in
his field all the time &c. he got his wheat cut
all ready to haul,, then Jones & Harley went and
cut Jones corn on the line and went to work to
make a road through his field &c.. had the teams
on the ground before he knew any thing about it,, &c..
said that  Bro. Harley was in with Jones in making
the road to through open his field,&c
Josick Wright, said that Harley and Jones came
to him and wanted to know if he was going to fence
up the road he said he was if they fenced belong-
 Jones said I had better not for it would not stay fenced
they was not a going to fence the road belong &c, they
officers me rails Harley thought he could spare 200,
and Jones some &c- after words Harley came and
said he could not let have the rails as he was did
not take them- at first and he was a going to let
