High Council met persuant to adjournment all
present by J. Browning- Prayer by Jacob Bigler-
The clerk read the minutes and they were
accepted.. Councillor D. R. Williams said his excuse
for not attending the last Council was that he
was called to attend on the road and could
not get through- untill night,, his excuse was accepted,
a report from the Welch Branch, Brethren all in
good standing Report accepted-Br. Browning came in
The appealed case of Jacob Brown vs Edwin Harley as
appealed by Edwin Harley was called up the
minutes read from of Prest J. C. Snow Council on
the case was read, and on motion the doings
of of Prest Snow was sanetioned and his decission
established by a full vote of the Council
Robert Caldwell Vs. Jacob Bigler & Adam Bigler-
for damages- To killing one ox $30,
'' damage to oxen & waggon $40,
'' hauling goods to chares, 12.50 $ 5-50
The Bishop not present the Council proceeded to recieve
Reports-- Councillor Coulson reported for the Council
Point Branch all in good standing - the bishop sick-
Bro. J. C. Snow reported the settleing of all difficulties
at the Coonville Branch and left all with-- good feelings
Bro. B. Mohoney reported the settling of the diffi-
culties that were reported --in the last report
from the Pleasant Valley Branch---
The Bishop Palmer came in after some interagation
and explanstions the case of R. Caldwell vs. Jacob[==]
was laid over two weeks
