   Councillor J. C. Little had so far recovered as to attend  
   Abram Hendrix reported the Battlehum Branch all
right &c.
   On motion the Council adjourned 2 weeks at
11 olock A. M. at this place-

   The notice was read citing Bro. John Stiles before
the Council- Councillor Pendleton asked if a proper
labor had been taken- found the proper steps had not
been taken.. After some remarks the case was refered to
Bishop Palmer, Report from Springville & H. Grove

The Council deputized Bro S. Savory to notify Prest. O. Hyde
that the Council was in session- Prest. O. Hyde  came in
and said as the Council had been open he wished to
institute an inquiry and would make his statement and the
Council & they shall say whether it is proper to investigate, said
it had been said to him that a woman in this county was in a
family-way by a member of this high Council- Prest G. W Harris
moved that it be investigated seconded by Bro. Cutler- &
carried-
