Councillor Snow made some remarks or rather
allusion that had passed between Bro Joseph Young
& Benjamin Clapp & Prest Orson Hyde, and said he thought before any expression was taken by this

& Snow. Councillor Harris moved that the course
that Prest Hyde had taken to settle the difficulties
existing between the Council & Bro Joseph Young
& Benjamin Clapp are satisfactory & that this

Bishop Johnson stated the decision he had
given in the Bishops cort in this case it was
that Sister Martinns pay 8 dollars 25 cts to Sister Hamblin
& that the gold dust sent form the Valley in a
Letter was Sister Martin , Prest Hyde remarked
that the matters & facts had been presented
before the Bishops court and wished to know
if there was any additional [===========]Bishop Harris Bro Hamblin said those was
none and presented a letter to the Council
Prest Hyde said that there had been a fair
investigation & decision; but as the case is rather
a compleated one he thought it had better come before
