Sister Martin stated ^that she let Bro Mitchel have
one yoke of Oxen & a first rate 50 dollar Waggon
he promissed & pledged her his salvation to
send back the waggon & team & I consider I
have the claim of the Gold Dust. I gave him
money beside to purchase flour on the terms
of having a House & Home when I got to the
Valley and to be situated as though I were
one of the family- Ques by Pres^t Hyde , What
ammount of means did you give him 12 dollars
The cattle were 3 years old-The ammount of
Gold Dust  120 dollars so considered by him

B^r Hamblin stated that Mrs Martin said that
I would wait till I got to the Valley before
