It was moved that Br Stoddard have the privilege
of getting an outfit among the Brethren to
take him to the Valley. Carried.--------------------
It was proposed the feelings of the Council
Brothers Stoddard & Benson give the other
Councillors notice that the feelings of the
Council are that they not having made
any reports since the Oct Conferrance
according to instruction the Council which them
to meet the Council 4 weeks from this day
and make said reports &c.

PresO Hyde read hid letter of commendation
Br Mc Lellan called upon BJohnson to state
wherein he felt himself agreived,, he felt that
Br Snow & W. H. Miller & George Harris had some
altrication with Br Snow  Harris & Br Johnson

relative to the idea of his instruction from
President Young Br O Hyde spake on  the subject
followed by Br Redfield expressing his feelings &c
Br O Hyde said he  that they Council had as good grounds to think that
Bro Johnson fear compared the Council to Hell as for
him to think that Bro Snow went to compare him
to Bro Whitehead. Snow remarks from Bro Snow &
followed by Bro Johnson gave a doleiation of his Teachors  
acknowledged he had been hasty in his expressions &
where he had been hasty he felt sorry and regretted it
& wished the Brethren to over look it, said his orders from Pres
B. Young to him were to come into Pottawatamie County Pottawatamie Preach
Bro Hyde moved to accept Bro Johnson appointment
That the Companies be organized under this Council  Carried
Moved that the Council appointed such men as are
influenced by the Spirit of the Lord & that united strenght
& muscular Power & ernagy
