Bishop Aaron Johnson volunteered to notifyed
Bro. Beebee of the charge against him and
of the place of meeting &c Remarks be Prest Allred, and excuse
from H. W. Miller for none attendance, which
was received,, Prest O. Hyde came in..
The case of W. A. Beebee against Hiram
Bostwick was laid over 2 weeks, Bostwick having
sent in his request on account of his being sick.
The case of Bro. Isaac Beebee was called up
by Councillor Geo. W. Harris, Bro. Bee bee being
called upon said he was ready for trial
Prest O. Hyde proposed a private council,
and made some remarks, and the refered
it to Bro. Beebee.. Bro Beebee said he for
his own part was not particular, but
tho't perhaps Sister Kinney who was not
present but had been called for would
prefer the Council alone..
Prest Hyde wished Sister Kinney called
in, Bro. Beebee went for her.
The Council refered to the president the
task of making the inquiries..
While Bro. Beebee was absent after
Sister kinney Councillor G.W. Harris
moved that Bro. J. E. Johnson he cited
to appear before the council during this
cession,, some remarks followed, and
the motion was seconded, and carried
Bro. Beebee and Sister Kinney came
in, and Prest O. Hyde opened the case with
some very appropriate remarks, and
wanted to know if Bro. Beebee and Sister Kinney
had made any promises relative to
marriage, and why it was that they
should this live together
