  C. C. Pendle said defendant pleaded not
  guilty &c that the charge had been duly
  sustained tho' not spoken pointedly yet
  the remarks are calculated to through that
  light &c_ He had spoken simular to the speaking &c
  that it had been established that it was his mind
  mind that none had the word the Lord, he did
  say last saturday that Brigham Young did not
  have the word of the lord & that Bro. Hyde
  dare not say that he had the word of the
  Lord &c_ considered that the last charge had
  been sustained_ & that his conversation had  
  had a direct bearing upon the subject and                          favored to opperate against the voice of the
  council &c__

     given the charges have been pretty well
    sustained &c_ that the tenor of his conversation
    &c- had a tendency to opperated against the
    general movements of the church &c-
    said that as testimony had been given so
    I can state that Joseph Smith did proclaim
    all the members of the Higher Priest Hood
    Prophets Seers & Revelators,&c-- Explained at
    some length relative to priest Hood Urim & Thumim
