2 Wit E. M .Greene- said hes had considerable talk at
different times with Bro. Harris that Bro. H. had
in his common wit hat make remarks simular
to those that others had stated but nothing by way
of counsel &c__
3- Wit- C. [===] said Bro. H. said to him that to the same
import that Bro. Evans testified- also he said that
Bro. B. Y. was in his proper place, he said he never
heard that he had the urim & thumim &c and that we
do not get revelations &c ad did in the days of
Joseph &c- if so where are there &c_
4 Wit E. W. Clark the teacher of the district said that Bro
Geo. W. Harris had said to him when he visited him
that he believed in the present organization that B.Y.
is the rightful Prest. and that it was right for all
to go to the Valley that could &c_
B. Willson the 1st Speaker for plantiff said that the charge
had ======= been sustained by the testimony of the
witnesses &c_ and the bearing that the above conversetions did establish that point of the charge &c.
D. R. Williams 1st speaker for Defendent said that
father Harris had been bro't up him on charges that
in port have been sustained &c_ said it was necessary
for the Council consider those sayings of his very
minately &c as he had acknowledged before the Council
last Saturday that he did not know of any man
on the face of the earth who is a prophet seen &
Revelator &c_
