Coulson made his excuse for none attendance the last
Council day and was acceped.. Com
     Remarks from Prest. Allred on the meeting of the
Council,, Bishop Aaron Johnson presented the case of
Sister Mangaum against Bro.Benj. L. Clapp, Remarks from
several of the Councillors.. Councillor Geo. W. Harris moved
that Bishop Aaron Johnson take the case into his hands and
see it settled.. Motion Carried unamimously
     Councillor Wm Snow came in, made his excuse and
was accepted.. Remarks from Prest. Allred..
     Bro. Peter Shirts came forward and said he had
been out on a hunt with some others, and had
found and taken a horse, out about 40 miles from
the settlements, and had brought him down with
him,, also he had made two claims in that upper
country,, and wanted the Council use  their
influence to have a settlement made in that
section of the country.. Some remarks on this
subject.. H. W. Miller came in..
     On motion the Council adjourned untill
10 oclock A. M. this day 2 weeks..

     The high Council met in Especial   Council
this morning, 10 oclock,, Present of the councillors
James Allred   William Snow  Jacob G. Bigler, G. W. Harris
and James W. Mc Lellean .. 12 ockock J. M. Benson came in
                                    Prayer by H. W. Miller. Joseph Young present.
    The Business of the Council made known be the Prest.
which to inquire what was the business to come be for the
conference.. Prest. James Allred said he did think
it necessary to try the Authorities, neither  did he
believe it had been the course only once a year..
    Councillor Harris said as to the Authorities on the
Valley he did not whether we did any thing or not,
but he tho't it was best to try all of the Authorities
that were here
