             brother and sister Wooley with whom this
             council had the treal in November last
             came before the council asking them forgivness
             and confessing they were in fault, requested
             to be baptized,, after many expressions from the
             council voted to receive them again by
             baptism, and they  were not to require anything
             of bro Murdock on their bill, or for the council
             for taking care of bro and sister Cooper, only
             the council shall do for them as they see
             proper,, brother Murdock then gave the
             house that formerly changed to bro Cooper
             into the hands of bro Wooley, price $ 12,
voted that no main road shall be fenced up unless
             the person fencing shall make a new road and
             necessary bridger to suit the convenience of the
             neighborhood.
             Council adjourned till sat two weeks  1.P.M.
