After some allercation about his confession
and the principles manifested by brother Woods
he took his hat and started off with out being duly
dismissed.. The council sent brother Caulson with
brothers Bigler-- Huntsman and Williams  to fetch
the cow.     Council voted that the hand of fellow--
ship be with drawn from brother Woods and that
he have no pay for his trouble..

     Prayer by Jas Allred---
voted that Heman Hyde some of clerk protem
in the absence of E. M. Greene the standing clerk
Counselor Murdock reported the case of widow
Cornelia Hart as being in a situation to need
assistance, especially for provisions..
and further stated that her property consisted of
1 yoke of oxen- 1 wagon- 1 cow and 1 gun..
Counselor Wm Snow argued the propriety of the
bishop in the ward where  the widow lives taking
charge of her and her property and see that
all is taken care of
Voted that the bishop if the ward take charge                      of her and property. Bishop B. F. Bird
was instructed to act accordingly
