Moved by Counselor Snow and seconded by Counselor Oviatt
that the hand of fellowship be with drawn from bro Siman
till he shall make satisfaction to this Council and to the branch
over which he presides as as Counselor to Moses Clawson for
suffering Daniel woods to preach in that branch while he
is not a member to the church
