Council all Present.. Prayer by
Ira oviatt,, Bro's  A. H. Perkins and H. W. Miller
having returned from their Easter tour askn-
owledged their hearty response to what the
council had done in their abscence..
    Pres. Allred presented a case between Bro's
A. J. Stewart against Aham Hendrix and Wm. 
Burt,, Bro. Stewart made his statement said
he had not been notified when the trial was
to come on untill the last night  in the night..
     Some remarks by Pres. Allare..
Counselor L. Richards enquired if the partied had
received writen instructions from the committee.
     Bro. Hendrix said he had.. The clerk
read the appointment of the committee on
claims &c.. Counselor L. Stoddard that the parties
had made application to the committee some
three times and that in consequence of sickness
they had not been able to go doron,, but from
what testimony had been presented they also
knowing some what of the situation of the
claim had sent the parties some writen instructions
Some remarks by Pres. Allred on the subject..
Counselor Draper spoke relative to the committees
being paid for attending on such cases and
the fixing of a price for such services,,followed by
Counselor snow & the Pres. on the same subject..
Counselor WSnow moved that Each of the
committee have one dollar per. deimi and found
Seconded by  Counselor A H Perkins.. Carried in full
Counselor L. Stoddard proposed that the case be settled
this day and that they settle it with out coming
before the committee..Remarks on claims by the Pres. and Counselors H. W. Miller & L. Richards..
