     Prayer by W. G. Perkins, Remarks relative to the case
of D. Woods, Moses Clawson  and bro Gugman,, bro
A. H. Perkins made some remarks relative to his not meeting
with the Council optener showing that sickness and distance
rendered it very dificult for them to attend and requested
to be acquited .. Moved and Carried to accept of the excused
of bro Walker Perkins and retain them still in the
Council, Carried, W. G. Pirting spoke relative to the
children and property Same E. Carpenter Stating
that the eldist girl had been in Missouri at work and
had returned and taken away the the boy that was with
bro Benson and he wanted to know what he should do,,
the council instructed bro pinking to settle with bro
Benson and take charge of the rest of the  property and
keep his watch over the rest of the children and property
and conduct the affair as he and his council should
think propen, Bro's Clawson & Gugaman according
to notice,, the clerk read the minutes of the last
Council and then the trade of O. Woods and that
opened the business for them, after some discussion
the Council moved that bro Gugman be restored
to fellowship carried unanimously

Council adjourned till 22d inst 12 oclock A. M.
