of the council presant, the council adjourned
till saturday two weeks from this day 12 oclock M.

Chosen a Counsellor int eh place  of Levi Savage
(N^o 8) B. F. Bird in the place of Jolin Murdock
(N^o9).  the clerk read the minits of the trial                        with D. Woods, D Woods made a satisfactory
confession to the council relative to to his conduct
&c ----  ^{and confessed that he lied an the day of trail} the council then restored br^o Woods to
fellowship, voted that the heardsmen be notifyd
to meet with this council this day 4 weeks
