     Bro. Benson said he gave the  other part of his
field as he sold to Sister Stanport only a part of the
field, to his son in law and in expected and advised him
to let the fence remain, and cultivate the field as it
would be better for him and for Sister Stanport.

      Bro. Benson said he would build the fence

       On motion it was voted that the Councillors make
their speeches  on the case

      Bro. J.M. Benson sand B. L. Clapp in their proper
places, made their pleas.
      Prest O. Hyde made remarks on the dances in
Allred, branch and Recommended to the Brethren to dismiss
their prejudies, and for Bro. Benson to dismiss his =====
and unwise speeches &c.
      On motion the Council approved bro. O. Hydes
recommended, also the House in general.
      Councillor Geo. Coulson proposed the idea of the
taking into consideration the exhibitor of the faces of the prophet
and Patriach-- Prest O. Hyde made some exeplanations &c.
